Clomid + trigger shot...questions and successes?

my husband and I are finally trying again after waiting out a deployment that seemed to last forever. Our German doctor is planning for me to do a clomid and trigger shot cycle as soon as my period comes. (I have PCOS and Insulin resistance and this cycle was anovulatory) first of all what should I expect as how I feel is concerned? I assume I will feel...well...pregnant....but my husband wondered if anyone would like to share their experience.
second...any success stories? We have been trying for so long and I am just ready for some success! thanks ladies!
