Clomid trouble? - Random spotting

Hi,

I have been ttc for 3 years.
I took 100mg clomid (Serophene) on cd2-6. I've not paid to much attention to my cycle though.
Af stopped around cd 6.
CD9 had slight spotting. Only really in cm.
Don't know when I ov'd or even if I have. I thought it may have been possible on cd 9/10 with the spotting.

On cd18 I checked my cm and had loads of thick, white, creamy cm. I've never seen so much. Checked again later and I was spotting again. Only the once.

CD19- bloody cm for a couple of hours, again in the evening.

CD20 (today) nothing. Not really much cm or no sign off bleeding.

My last few cycles have varied between 26 and 43 days. 18 months ago I had a 23day cycle.

Can anyone suggest what's going on?
Is it the clomid that has just messed me up? Since taking it I've felt a few twinges around my ovaries. Sometimes a bit painful.
I'm not being monitored by a gp either.

The last 3 days I have had terrible heart burn. Not sure if it is related in anyway.


Surely it can't have been af.

Anyone had anything similar?

Hi hun, I am on my 2nd month of taking 50mg clomid. I know what you mean about the pains I've had them yesterday and today, today is cd 6 for me so took my last tablet this morning.

Not really sure re your symptoms but have you done a pg test? Also can't you ask your gp to do the blood test to check ovulation? x

Good luck for this cycle. I can't get to the docs for a while. Not done a test yet. I'll try and leave it at least a week. I got a few sharpe pains on my left yesterday which made me think it could have been ov bleeding. Don't know what the spotting was cd9 though. Guess I'll find out in a week or 2.x

Af came yesterday. Cycle was 28 days. So maybe it was ov spotting. Who knows? x

possible to get ov spotting, implantation spotting. my guess ov spotting since you got your af. helps if you opk test so you know what is going on

Hey,

I get spotting from about cd 15 to cd 28, on and off. I know this can happen to some ladies on Clomid.
My first month on it I got all excited thinking it might be implantation bleeding but now I know its just what happens to me when im on Clomid
