I am starting clomid 250mg next cycle.
Was wondering if anyone has taken that dose, if so, had any problems and/or successful?

Hey hun,
Didn't want to R&R.
I'm only taking 100mg and I got pregnant on the first cycle that I ovulated after trying for a yr and 10 months, sadly ended in mc but we couldn't of done it without Clomid.

I didnt want to read and run either!
But when i saw 250mg i was gobsmacked!Didnt know we cud take that much and wanted to see any answers you got
Im on 100mg CD2-6. Do you mind me askin why your dose is so high??
I know there are a good few success stories on 100mg,so cud only imagine the chances wud b great on 250mg!!
What CD are you gonna b takin it on?

Hey hun. Yeah the max dose is 250mg, I read it on the nhs government guidelines.
I've been on clomid for 5 cycles. 50mg didn't ovulate, 100mg didn't ovulate, 150mg ovulated one cycle but not the next. Went to see gyno and see said cause the 150mg isn't much good she up it to the max dose to give the ovaries a real boost.

I thought I was taking a lot at 150mg! (I was wondering what the max dose is). Hoping the extra 100mg makes those O's produce lots of big follies!

i have been taking clomid for sometime now, 4 years ago , i wanted to have a baby so i went to me gyn.. he told me i had PCOS, he put me on 150MG of clomid along with metformin, and provera(Medroxy).. the first month i took them i fell pregnant...baby girl born sept 14 2008...

last year i decided that it was time that we try again for another child... thinking that because of the first time i got pregnant right anyway i would have no trouble with the second.... i was wrong... like i told you I have been trying now for over a year and nothing yet... i am getting frustrated more and more every cycle... but i am not give up... my dr. told me my next step was 250 mg... next month... july 3 is the last day(28) of my cycle.i then have to start over taking 250mg this time...but i thought that because i didn't ovulate with 100mg,150mg,200mg, it isn't going to happen with next dosage either... it is good to know that i am not the only one going through this.. wishing you well.. hoping something happens soon for us... keep in touch... you can email me anytime
