[[CLOSED]] Roses are red, Violets are blue, Our BFP's are long overdue!

California is much more of an "experience" but you pay for what you get, therefore much pricier than Florida. I love FL though.. beautiful and warm, palm trees everywhere, and much less expensive. You could find a nice island in the keys though that might be better than a dirty FL coast beach!

Oooh I'm jealous!

I'm not going to lie riding horses on the beach is swaying my decision. :haha:

hi gals!
sorry, i'm here - been busy at work and feel guilty when i'm on here... then i get home and i'm exhausted and fall asleep early, then feel guilty for not doing anything around the house! anyways....
BB i have continued working out, which includes lifting kettlebells. around week 12 i dropped the weight of the bell i was using. i'm still spinning 3x a week but i wear a hr monitor so i dont go above ~140 bpm, but you can also use your exertion as a limit - you should be able to continue talking while exercising. and re: sit ups, i did them until last week, but i can still do them if i wanted.... it's just some days i feel it, and others not so much. but i do planks and other ab stuff, it's just that sit ups are hard in general, and i dont want to be faking them. so the short answer is yes, you can do them, and i honestly think that you're body will tell you what you shouldnt be doing (example: my gf preg with twins just quit the gym last week - 22 weeks - because working out was giving her BH. up until then, she was there 3-4x per week also.) your body knows your limits.

FX'd you O soon, BB! :dust:

Brittney, OHSS is Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome. I've got the luxury of being able to stay home and rest, so I've been able to keep it to mild/moderate and haven't had to do anything special other than keep resting and eating lots of protein and drinking my Gatorade.

Yay for your getting ready for your new puppy! Cute sweater! :3

Thanks, Sandy! :hugs: Yep, I've got a long haul with the OHSS. I've been snorking down Gaterade like it's going out of style - bet that company loves me!

Katrina, I highly recommend Disney World in Florida, in fall! I went last fall and it was awesome. So pretty and lots of great food and fun things to do. And the Polynesian hotel was the best (it's like being in Hawaii)! The Floridan looked real nice, too, and they have a restaurant that serves the best strawberry shortcake ever.

And I can't believe it's taking so long for your results, I hope they come back soon!

I know I'm going nuts, they are lucky they are closed already or I would call again. I hope my 21 day blood results don't take this long.

Temperature rose this morning, fingers crossed it keeps rising!

Thanks Mirolee. Will see how I get on :) I still hurt from going Monday

^Looks like it was O day Katrina! How nice, CD13. FX'd bc that BD was spot on!! :)

Katrina, I vote Florida only because we are also planning a tentative Florida trip in October!!

Thanks STG, keep resting so that bean gets nice and snuggled in!!!

Yay for temp spike Katrina!! Any results yet?? I also vote Florida. Headed there Friday morning! I love it! :)

Brittney, love the sweater :)

Nope no results have a cold, don't know about my temps either. I will just say I od until next Wednesday anyway.

Katrina, im shocked that you don't have results yet! what a slow lab. so sorry, what a pain. fingers crossed that you get them soon. yay for a temp spike, and a cold could be a symptom, too!

Brittney, when do you get the puppy? I'm so excited for you?

Hi to everyone else. I'm really sorry, doing such a terrible job at keeping up with all of you.

nothing new over here, finally kind of breaking down about leaving OH/ the divorce/ etc. being home alone at night seems to be the hardest. I know it will get easier though. Trying really hard to keep myself as busy as possible recently.

I know. I will call tomorrow again, it will be a week then. You don't just say it might be a thyroid problem and then not give any results. It freaks people out.

Amanda, I'm so sorry you're having a hard time. It will get easier but we're all here to support you!

Katrina, I would definitely just keep calling them...that's so annoying that they can't get results back to you more quickly.

Today is puppy day!! :happydance: :yipee: :wohoo: I just have to get through 4 hours of work and then drive in this crazy storm, BUT I will be snuggling up to her tonight!

Just called everything is normal thyroid wise.
Dh is going to pick up his kit today hopefully if he's done with work on time!
Yay puppy day.
Marie how are you doing

Katrina- Yay for normal thyroid!!!

Brittney- You better post pics ASAP! I can't wait to see!! :happydance:
