hi gals!
sorry, i'm here - been busy at work and feel guilty when i'm on here... then i get home and i'm exhausted and fall asleep early, then feel guilty for not doing anything around the house! anyways....
BB i have continued working out, which includes lifting kettlebells. around week 12 i dropped the weight of the bell i was using. i'm still spinning 3x a week but i wear a hr monitor so i dont go above ~140 bpm, but you can also use your exertion as a limit - you should be able to continue talking while exercising. and re: sit ups, i did them until last week, but i can still do them if i wanted.... it's just some days i feel it, and others not so much. but i do planks and other ab stuff, it's just that sit ups are hard in general, and i dont want to be faking them. so the short answer is yes, you can do them, and i honestly think that you're body will tell you what you shouldnt be doing (example: my gf preg with twins just quit the gym last week - 22 weeks - because working out was giving her BH. up until then, she was there 3-4x per week also.) your body knows your limits.
