I tried the smart nappy, but found that poo got all over the cover. I got given some bambino mio smallest size wrap, and I used the smart nappy disposable inserts withthem, or the smart nappy normal inserts, and also the bum genius booster pads. I really liked the mio's for the first couple of weeks, then passed them onto a friend. I then started using BG flips from about 3 weeks, and only used the mio when I wanted lo's bum to fit into a newborn outfit!
