clothing for crawler

so im starting to buy alexas 9-12 months clothing and im thinking perhaps she may be crawling when she needs this size soooo skirts or trousers?? :-/
someone told me skirts are not much good for protecting crawling knees iykwim would you ladies agree are trousers better i dont want her getting poorly knees bless her

Omar was always in babygro suits when he was crawling. They were also handy when he started cruising as they have anti-slip feet.

Fran's usually in dresses or skirts with tights, or leggings and t shirts. I don't buy trousers for her because they don't fit her hips properly as she is such a chunk lol! She's had no problems crawling in even quite long dresses and happily crawls around the lounge in just a bodysuit xx
