Clove oil??

I've got really bad toothache and have just bought some clove oil from boots, which the pharmacy said is ok to use. However I've read the bottle at home and it says do not use while pregnant! Ahhhhh anyone else know anything about it?

I had toothache and the pharmacist told me i couldn't use this during pregnancy but loads of people say it's safe. I didn't get any though just incase
