Cm and the changes and right time anyone help ?

Hello, sorry tried to get as much info onto the title as possible

So I do vaguely remember cm and its changes, the thing is I can't remember the changes and when is the right and wrong time to bd

Any cm moniters able to help me please much appreciated ?

The good cm for bding is the egg white cervical mucus (ewcm). It slippery and stretchy and helps the sperm swim. It's usually a good indicator of the fertile time, but it's not perfect, so it probably shouldn't be the only indicator you use if you are serious about TTC. Some people can get ewcm quite a few days before ov & others can get it after they ov. Opks can help predict ov and basal body temping (bbt) can confirm ov. Assessing cervical position is another thing some do, never done that myself, though. Some ladies use all these. It can get intense! It can also be cool to get to know your body. Go to you!!

I haven't a clue I really should stay away from here for now as I want to just see how it goes but I seriously want to start testing with the rest of them lol

So tonight I had a glob of stretchy deep red blood in my mooncup!
Nothing when I wipe just a bit in there I think (or thought) I was 2/3 dpo...I'm confused
Feel like my lower back like when you cross your legs it pulls your lower back is relaxing and aching
Nipples very tender especially right side

Is this ov bleed?

One time I had the blood mixed with what seemed like ewcm, it was def like a glob. It freaked me out a little but I took it as ov bleed. As for the symptoms, could be promising but also could mean nothing. It's so hard to know!

I reckon has to be ov bleed , bd earlier so we shall see what happens and if it is a bleed it should bring it on , usually the case
