cm confusion

ok i am really confuse

I normally have a 30 day cycle, but last month for some unknown reason, it was 26 with a lp of 9.

I am on cd7 with no clue what so ever as to when i am gonna ov due to the irregular cycle last time.
I have done my temps and all today but i have loads of EWCM which i never get lots of. and my cervix is high open and soft

any idea's why anyone?

hi honey i have just been reading about this and what i can gather when our cervix is high and soft thenyou are pre ovulation or actuaaly ovulating so it sounds like your are there!! x sylvia x

wow this early on, my temps are dtill high though no ov dip

well it did say that 4-5 days before ovultion it can go high and soft so i guess its getting ready. the lady who did my scan said to have sex every other day then you are covered for when you do ovulate. i have run out of opks so thats what im going to do then i cant miss the egg!! x sylvia x

have every other day hey? damn we have it everyday should be reduce our life?

she told me that doing it every day can reduce the quality of the sperm thats why they say every other day so sperm gets better!! its all so complicated but after seeing this lovely woman who has been the only person who has spoken sense to me im going with what she says!! lol x sylvia x

The last cycle you had with the short luteal phase was probably just a one off. I read somewhere that it can happen occasionally and is nothing to worry about unless it happens every month.

If you are seeing ewcm etc then you are probably going to ovulate soon. Just do what mintypeas said and bd every other day.

you will last honey and once you ovulate you can go back to every day!! i must say i feel like jumping on my hubby so i think im close to ovulating!! lol x sylv x
