just wondering..... when you notice the change in cm (to egg white) when is the best time to do the bd??? does this mean the egg is released, or is it about to be..... what kinda time frame am i fertile (roughly) or how many days should i ttc???

alot of questions i know but i also have alot of cramping today so just wondered if iv left it to late this cycle

I'm no expert but I notice that I get ewcm on my first fertile day on FF. Usually I ovulate around 4-5 days later. I would say that you should BD every other day from the start of ewcm for around 5-6 days.
