I was wondering wat is the best way or basically how do u check ur cervical mucus ?? I have no idea of the right way to do it?? Help please and how do u know ur cervix position?

Erm....

Best way I think is to wash your hands, sit on the loo and stick your middle finger up there, just be gentle and you'll be fine.

With regards to cervix position, you should feel a hardish bit if you press your finger once fully inserted, this means its closed (infertile) it should get softer and higher as you approach your fertile window. May take a bit of practise, got to get to know your own body.

I was told one leg up on the toilet or bathtub insert 2 fingers and very very very gently squueze the cervix the get the CM or wipe around the cervix. hope this helps.
