Coconut sprinkles

What on earth do you use them for?

I've just used them in a cake recipe but have sooo much left!

You could put them in cookies or fairycake topping with icing or use them as a coating for cake pops, marshmallow/jam type biscuits, coconut macaroons or coat chocolate covered marshmallows/truffles with them. Basically anything that they would stick to like chocolate or icing. A coconut cream cake would probably use the lot.
