Cold/flu symptoms?

Seriously this is driving me mad, I'm around 8DPO and yesterday I woke up with a stuffy nose, scratchy throat, runny eyes, extremely tired, but I am fine, I feel normal other than this, it's more annoying then illness. I have read it can be a sign but then so can a bunch of things.
