Im getting worse each day - I ache like a * this morning

Done the hot toddy & paracetamol (sp) which was suppose to knock me out an erm it didn't much to Woos delight - Bless thought he'd get a quiet night

beechams capsules and sore thoart tanles as the cold goes down the throat vix vapour rub and teh one that does up the nose russ has man flu at the mo

Have you got menthol crystals???If so do a steam inhallation of them, if not,go in the bathroom and turn the shower on full pelt and up hot hot hot, make the bathroom into a steamroom, you gotta sweat the germs out of you
