Cold Sores

This might be a stretch... but I haven’t had a cold sore in a long time. I’m 3dpo today and can see/feel one starting on my upper lip I’m not under stress or sick, so I’m wondering if this could be a hormonal thing.
I’ve googled and read some pretty nasty remarks in regards to getting cold sores period. But also read they have been signs of BFPs. Just curious if anyone else can relate or anything thanks!

when I got my bfp I had like 3 and since progressing in pregnancy I still get them my immune system is whack since growing this baby good luck to you
