Does anyone else's baby have this issue? He's had cold and sweaty feet and feet since he was born. He's not sick and does not have a fever. It almost seems counterproductive if I put socks on him to warm his feet up, because then they sweat even more! Do you all think this is even an issue, or just one of those things?

I think it's just one of those things. It is extremely common for babies to have cold hands and feet because their circulation isn't the greatest yet. I am not sure if the clamminess/sweating is common but my dd has the same thing! I've never really worried about it. She is completely normal otherwise and the rest of her body is a normal temperature.

My second DD has had sweaty, clammy feet since she was a new born. She still does. Figure it's normal and just a quirk of hers. I don't worry about it. :)

Yep! Same here! She's now 2 months old and even in the winter her hands and feet have always been sweaty and sometimes cold as well even though the rest of her body was nice and warm. Guess it's just baby's way of letting off steam! Hahaha!

Thanks for your responses, ladies! Glad we're not alone.
