I dont get on much anymore but i just wanted to update that i had my little boy on the 1/9/09
I started having contractions on the monday night nothing much but were every ten mins, the morning came an they had gone very irregular so i carried on as normal, by 4 pm they were coming every 6 mins an lasting 60 secs so off we went to hospital, they examined me and i was 5 cms
off we went to labour ward, cos of my previous section i had to be monitored they checked me again at 8.30 and i was still only 5 cms, they said they would check me in 2 hrs an if nothing would break my waters an see how i went from there.
Contractions started coming fast and were painful by now so i got on the gas an air 10.30 came and once again i was only 5cms this is what happened with Rio so i lost all hope of my natural birth. Midwife broke my waters anyway and now i was in agony and just telling them to take me down to theatre ha, 11.30 and the midwife said if u feel like u need a poo tell me, i thought what the hell u goin on about im not progressing but sure enough 11.45 i thought i needed to poo
anyway all systems go i was told to push wit my contraction 5 mins later out pops my little boy head full of black hair it was amazing!
He weighed 7lb 6ozs and is so good!
