Hey all,

I have a one month old girl and as i couldnt breastfeed i had to bottle feed and my mum recomended to me playtex drop ins bottles. She used these for me when i was a baby.
They are amazing, baby doesnt get colic, coz its with bags and the bag collapses as she drinks so she doesnt suck in any air.

Just want to advise all if you can get these bottles! They are a lifesaver!

xx :cloud9:

they do anti colic TT bottles now with a bit on them that sends the air bubbles back into the bottle not down baby so i gues its nearly the same sort of thing

Whats TT? Do you know where i can get them? thx

they are tommee tippee anti colic bottles if you can look them up online maybe but these are some brand new ones on ebay https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOMMEE-TIPPE..._Feeding_Bottles_Teats_LE&hash=item5ad842a56e

ive not used them myself i know one of the boys at wher ei work has them and done his poor wind problem wonders but they are very fiddly to put together

I found that the cheaper the bottles, the better! I tried TT anti-colic bottles and boots own bottles to no avail, but bought the cheapo ones (£1 a bottle, I think) and LO hasn't had colic since!

i didnt like the tt anti colic bottles at all and actually complained and returned them. they didnt do what they claimed to do.
got dr browns instead and they're fab!! would highly recommend. colic cleared up completely and lo took the feeds so much easier

getting dr browns bottles is something on my list of "what i would have done differently".
when i was initially choosing bottles i really didnt understand or have any empathy for colic babies and i just thought any bottle would be fine but dr browns are the only ones with the little air widget in them that actually makes the difference.
