Coloured discharge - help

Hi ladies, im 10 weeks with my 4th pregnancy. For the lastt two weeks iv had all sorts of discharge and im curious to know if anyone else has had the same. After iv been on my feet for a bit or done somthing strenuous like pick up my little boy, i notice some orange discharge, it comes for like half a day then dissapears for a few days then comes back. Im wondering if anyone else gets this. I have no pains or anythin but i do suffer from cervical issues (i have incompetent cervix) so im thinking maybe my cervix is irritated allready if its not a normal discharge?

Ive been getting something like this too. I havent thought its anything to worry about. I think I may have had a touch of thrush but seems to have settled down now
