Coming off the pill

So iv finally come off the pill so we are now officially not trying, not preventing. My question is i would normally always have withdrawal bleeding even if i took my pill a little bit late but i stopped taking it a week ago and have had no bleeding at all is that normal? I was a terrible pill taking and missed alot of pills so i bleed alot and now nothing? Just wondering what others experienced coming off the pill

I havent taken a test yet i think im going to take one at the weekend because then it will be just over a month since my last period

Ive heard that some people get a surge after coming off the pill so you might be lucky! Being in the pill you don't actually have a proper period it a withdrawal bleed ie I withdraw from taking the tablet. Even if you stop taking it early or take it longer you usually get a bleed x
