compulsive lier!! grrr

Hello All

im getting really stressed with my Xgf over times when she will be picking my daughter up from her being with me. and im also so so so sick of the compulsive lies she keeps telling its really upsetting!

my Xgf went out for a bbq on saturday and i told her to pick our daughter up on the sunday..origionally it was going to be at 2pm on sunday but i said you can just pick her up at 3pm insted giving her an extra hour...early hours in the morning sunday and i looked on facebook and a friend of my Xgf was talking to my Xgfs sister saying that my X had went and slept at some lads that night....
anyways later on that day at 1:30 i got a text message from My X asking if i would keep faye till later on becouse she made and excuse that she was poorly after the bbq she went to and asked if she could pick her up later....so i went on the phone and spoke to her and i played really ignorant and asked how she was feeling and what time she would be picking faye up...she said she had been on the toilet all night and was unwell and said about 5pm she would pick her up..and i also asked if she just stayed at her sisters that night and she just totally lied to me...

IM SICK OF THE COMPULSIVE LIES....im actually getting past it becouse she cannot stop lieing and when i seen her at 5 there was nothing wrong with her at all!!

its so upsetting becouse she just cannot tell me she is now seeing someone else now which is just crazy and i cannot understand why she cannot just say it to my face that she doesnt love me and she is seeing someone else...

how do you deal with someone who lies so much
when i caught her cheating on me it took me so long to get the truth out of her (i knew exactly how many lads she was talking to on the comp etc) and it went from 1...to a promise it was 1...then i pushed her more and said i knew it was more then it went to 2...then pushed her more and more then it went to 3 lads!!!

grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr so angry...

i know what you mean about the lies my ex lied to me about cheating when his other girlfriend told me then he lied about going out with her i got so pissed off xx

It's not really any of your business whatsoever if she's seeing someone else or not, she doesn't need to run it by you you're her EX!

The fact that she wants you to have LO and not have LO around her new bf is something you should be grateful for because some of us wouldn't bother.

And if you don't want to keep YOUR kid any later just say so if it's such a major inconvenience to your life.

I would just say that she may not be lying to you, listening to gossip online is not the best way to keep track of her. I think mayber your hurting from her breaking your trust when you were in a relationship.

Just concentrate on your LO, if she is seeing someone else she is entitled to, as are you.

I'm sorry but I agree with the previous 2 posters, it really is none of your business that she is dating or possibly sleeping with men.

She doesn't have to be honest with you about it, maybe she was trying to save you hurt feelings, and I fail to see how extra time with your daughter is a problem.
