Computer [facebook] problem -_-

OKAY, so my laptop will not load Facebook for awhile now and it's starting to annoy me. It works on any other computer but mine and all other sites work on my laptop. I just get this page. I'm using Google Chrome and I've tried different internet connections. The only way I can get to anything is if I get an email that I've received a message I can click the link and it'll take me to the message, then I can check my notifications but only to that DIRECT notification. I can't check anything if I just go directly to Facebook.com

at the top on the link, delete the #! out of the URL and hit enter again x

I've tried both.
I've tried it as https: and https: neither worked.

I switched over to Mozilla Firefox instead of Google Chrome and it's working here strange
