Condenser Tumble Dryers

I'd guess she means the condenser unit itself.....usually it's at the bottom you'll see a panel that you can pull/push to open and pull out the unit. It looks like a big filter and gets clogged up with crap too. This is the part that converts the steam from your clothes into the water thsat collects in your reservoir so if it's clogged it mightn't work as efficiently.

Yes sorry like dizzydoll said its the condenser unit at the bottom that I missed, I have to take mine out and pour water through it, the repair man who came a couple of months ago told me the best way to clean it is to hose it down in the garden to get all the stuff out.

ETA: I guess all models are different so check before pouring water down it, my dryer has instructions on the inside of the door.

Love mine, I paid money for a A+++ rated one and it doesnt cost much at all to run.
