Confused about cm?

I'm using opks.. last month I had loads of ewcm over about 4 days and right in the middle of that I got my positive opk. I'm currently on cycle two of trying but this time I had ewcm for 3 days with no surge, cm changed to white lotiony yesterday and today but I've got my positive opk today... I'm confused! Is white lotion like cm ok while ovulating or am I unlikely to conceive whilst it's like this? Thanks

There's a possibility you caught the end of your surge and already ovulated. Do you chart your bbt?

Hi, no I don't.. I've been lucky enough not to need to think about charting.. We have 5 babies already but feel one more will complete our family, we have always conceived the first month of trying with them all, this is our third month ttc number 6, second month using opks. I may look into charting if it doesn't happen this month. I wouldn't know where to start with it if I'm honest

It's pretty easy. I have beeb doing it for 5 years on and off.
