Confused and Baby crazy !!!!

Hi , ive been trying to get pregnant for for almost a year now and ive been having complications but id experience pregnancy symptoms. earlier this year i had on and off periods (ex: A cycle feb. no cycle in march , cycle in april bt no cycle in may) and painful cysts. Later on my periods became back regular (irregular). But the main reason im writing is because my cycle was suppose to start the first of this month. I experienced the normal Symptoms tender breast bloating headaches even nausea and fatigue but no cramps and i was spotting on the 3rd and then the spotting turned into bleeding but still no cramps or aches. im currently off now but id still like to know is this something i should talk to a fertility doc or obgyn about? please respond asap.

If you're concerned about anything it's worth discussing with your doctors, especially if your body is doing things it doesn't normally do!
