Hello,
After coming off the pill towards the end of April, I've had AF turn up on the 25th May and then again on the 19th of June, so I'm hoping my body's returning to normal pretty fast. My AF that started on the 19th only continued for about 3 days. Then on the 28th I had a bit of ewcm with a red/brown tinge so I thought I might have ovulated. Then on 30th and today I've had pink and brown spotting and dull AF like cramps. I'm a little worried. Is this what would be ovulation spotting? I didn't have this the month before.
Any replies would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
