Congested baby! Help!

Hey ladies, for the past 24 hours my daughter has been congested. Just a little bit ago I was feeding her and she was having a hard time breathing through her nose. I don't necessarily think she's sick (no other symptoms thus far), perhaps just allergies or something... Regardless, anyone had this happen? What did you do to help your LO get some relief?
