Constant Cramping at 38 Weeks

Hello,

I am 38w 3d and since yesterday morning I have had constant cramping, feels like a period pain.

I had a sweep at 37+5 because of problems with last pregnancy so docs are keen for me to give birth early.

Anyone else had this before labour? I'm still working at the moment and don't want to be going into labour in work but can't remember if this was the start of labour or just getting towards the end.

Its not timed pain, its a constant dull ache that I would normally get before my period was starting.

Could be BH or just your body trying to prepare like cervix thinning.

with my daughter I had a lot of cramping from 37 weeks and still had her only at 40+6
