Constant inching and blotchy rash. 6 week PP

Can someone please shed some light im really stressed out with this! It started off with a red blotchy rash that appeared on my chest, ( 1 week pp)sometimes my face is affected too, feels hot, and starts with my ears with my ears hot. Goes up and down. Well doctor thinks PUPPS, have creams and two types of antihistamines and beta blockers as she thinks anxiety is adding to it, This has helped ( fingers crossed with the rash) but I now have terrible itching on my chest, which is sore and stinging. I'm wondering when this will end!! Any help appreciated.
