I've been having pretty awful lower back pain - almost like sciatica - since about 9 or 10 weeks. It's gotten progressively worse and more constant. I took Tylenol this evening before I started working and it barely touched the pain. I'm hardly 15 weeks now. It's the worst when I'm laying in the bed and I try to roll over
