constant stomach ache

im so fed up, i seem to have a constant tummy ache these days. i just had AF so no, not preg (sadly) but im reguarly nauseous and have this dull tummy ache. it sometimes feels like im hungry but not relived by food. i wouldnt even say is painful, just uncomfortable. and it doesnt actually make me sick, just feels like it will sometimes. im wondering whether it might be IBS but i cant afford to go docs at the moment, so wondering if anyone suffers with IBS and could give me some idea about whether its that. i must say it does seem to worse when im stressed, which is all the time at the mo! lol.

no, because i have removed implant, so now on nothing. its so annoying
