Constantly hungry

At this rate, I’m going to gain 100lbs this pregnancy. I am hungry all the time! And of course, some things make my stomach turn so I’ve been going for crackers, breads, protein mostly chicken! I wasn’t like this with our other 2. Is anyone else like this? It’s almost like a hunger pain that stays in my upper abdomen. I think maybe it could be indigestion as well but when I eat, it temporarily relieves it!

I'm the same! Between waves of nausea even while throwing up I'm constantly hungry but it's more like a burning heartburny type feeling up in my throat and upper abdomen, I only ever get heartburn during pregnancy and that was the one and only symptom I had just before I found outnl I was pregnant haha
