I've read that people on here have said to their FOB's that they can see LO whenever they want to. Just wondering how you plan your life around that if you have to be there to supervise? Might sound like a dumb question but there is method to my madness!

At the moment my ex husband comes over quite regularly but thats because the split is still recent and I have just moved house so I needed his help. Once we are settled he will get his 1 day a week with the kids which will be 8.30 am until he puts them to bed. I have already told him that if he wants to take them out for the day then I will be going along as well, if I have plans then he will stay in the house with the kids which gives me free time to do what I need to do.
