Contacting Maternity Allowance Section?

am returning to work on Monday and can't get throught to the Maternity Allowance section to let them know that they will need to stop my money?!

Does anybody have the number?

Also will I get money this Fri? Like is it paid in advance or arrears? Confused!
I know I will only be giving them a few days notice but only just sorted it all out with my uselesss company!
