Continuous tummy ache

Hi girls! I need some advice. Currently 7 weeks pregnant with baby nr. 2 and have been having low abdomen pains since weeks 5. I know that it's my uterus and I know that it's growing, but it's not supposed to hurt continuously right? It's not like I'm hurting really bad, it just aches and gets super annoying. Something to worry about or no?
