Contraceptive Implant removal - how long to try?

I have the contraceptive implant in my arm. The ONLY advantage has been not worrying about getting pregnant. I’ve bled for a week every other week for the year that I’ve had it. I hate it. Obviously to TTC it needs to come out. Anyone has any experience of how long it took to conceive after removal ?
