corpus luteum, anyone having ovary pains?

I had twinges in both ovaries when I ovulated. And they stopped the day of O. But the painful twinges are back only a little more painful. I'm 4+5 today and have been having the pains in both sides the past couple days. I'm 34 will be 35 in June. And I read that a lot of women who had this ended up pregnant with twins. I was wondering if anyone else is having the ovary (corpus luteum) pain too?? I would love to relate!!

I only had them at 5 dpo. I'm 4 weeks now and haven't had any. I did have them with dd at this point on my left and it was confirmed I o'd on my left! Sounds like twins!!!

Everyone has corpus luteum in their cycles which can take till 12wks or so to disappear. Mine waz still showing at 8wks but getting smaller. Ive had tonnes ovary pain this time only got 1 baby.

I have a cyst on my left ovary that I thought was gone at 8 weeks but I've been feeling it again the last couple of days so maybe it hasn't gone away yet. I felt it very early on and asked my sister (she's a soon tech) to look and sure enough it was there.

I have a cyst on my left ovary that I thought was gone at 8 weeks but I've been feeling it again the last couple of days so maybe it hasn't gone away yet. I felt it very early on and asked my sister (she's a soon tech) to look and sure enough it was there.

Oh wow! His cool would that be a sis as a sono tech!!! Hopefullly this doesn't last much longer it is pretty painful.

Both of mine are hurting and its driving me crazy! Couldn't sleep til 3-4 am. I just can't wait for my sono!

I took paracetamol and used hot water bottle when it got to uncomfortable.
Worst period was between week 5-6. When thoughts of ectopic came into my head, scan little later showed everything in right place.

It felt like I was ovulating again. I was very confused. It went away though. There is also a stretching/pulling sensation that I felt too.

No twins for me, but I've had this pain/feeling with all 3 of my pregnancies.

I'm about 10-11 wks along and still get pain in my left ovary. It's one I tend to have pain in, but every few days or so I get sharp twinges of pain in them. I remember having pain in my ovaries when I pregnant with my son too so I haven't been too worried about them. I also only have one baby in there as seen on early scan.

I get ovary pain on and off since before O. My dr and I are suspicious of endo so might be different. I still get pain and I'm 9w2d.

I have only 1 but it's possible I had a disappearing twin never confirmed.

Yes, it definitely is awesome. I can get a sono whenever I want. And she will do an early gender scan at 14 weeks

With my youngest daughter I remember feeling the pains only on the right and sure enough she'd implanted on the right, so that made me think 'oh god this is twins'. But thank goodness a scan at 7+3 confirmed only 1 baby!

I'm 31, 32 this year so being a slightly older mum had me worried about the possibility of twins anyway! Lol.

Hi thanks for the reply! I actually went to the emergency room yesterday because of the pain, and they did a tvus, there was a gestation sac but they told me I'm about 3 weeks "fetal age" so they said they aren't concerned about ectopic. Thank god!! I guess there was only one so no twins. I don't see my ob until 5/15 , I think this wait is worse than the tww!

Hahaha!! That is AWESOME!! So when ever you want? I think I'd be there once a week! Lol I'd drive my sister mad! Do you want a boy or girl?
