I really like the cosatto giggle 2 travel system.
Has anyone had one of these who can give me their thoughts? Thanks :) x

A friend of ours has it and says it's great. It comes with everything apart from the car seat and car seat base. It's very light (it has an aluminium frame) too. I've seen it up close and the quality looks good.

Thanks blue blue :) I've seen an offer online which includes the car seat for free. Will see if I can go and look at one next weekend x

I've seen them in Mothercare and Babies R Us.

I have one( yet to use it)
Great big buttons so very easy to use with flat heel of hand instead of faffing with fingers and breaking nails
Easy to fold down, easy to put up, CLICK noise to let you know it is secure
Easy brake
Can isolate and brake the front wheel
Pram and pushchair facility
Car seat also goes on chassis with the adaptors
Slim design so can fit in a boot of small car
Car seat base (separate) is also amazingly simple as it has red buttons that turn green when locked into the right position.

Gorgeous lightweight and colourful.

(Not suitable for running or skating with though if you want it for buggy mums fitness classes it is not suitable, and dont overload the thing with all your shopping bags!!)
Also practically every part can be replaced at the spares dept AND a 4 year warranty?

I love mine!!!

There's an offer on Bounty (below is the link from the email) it ends 13th July, it seems to be just for 'Red Bubble' and Oaker patterns for £329.95 and lists the car seat as part of the package.

Babies R Us often do a deal that gives you the car seat for free - the lady in the shop also told me that if you can find somewhere else (either store or online) that is either cheaper, or is offering the free carseat when they're not, they will match it.

It was the one we were definitely going to buy as we couldn't afford a Bugaboo, and we loved the ease of it and the fact it came with everything. I know that one of the main selling points are the bright and colourful designs but unfortunately I just didn't 'love' any of them. We probably would have gone for the green/Treet design in the end but I still preferred the look of plain ones. As it happens, someone I knew was then selling her Bugaboo for very cheap, so we bought that while we could - but we definitely would've got the Giggle system if not, as it's brilliant.

Have a play with one in a shop, you'll love it (it's so much easier than the Bugaboo we now have!)

Lol I am seeing it absolutely everywhere now, Mothercare have the free car seat offer in Fable only - I think it's their exclusive design, it's a bit more low key than the other designs.

I've just bought this buggy from Mothercare and thought it was a fantastic deal until someone told me to watch the Watchdog clip on the safety of these buggys, they were collapsing with babies inside. But I am assuming this was the older versions of the giggles and the newer buggies don't have this issue, does anyone know if this is correct, I'm a bit worried now? Does anyone use the car seat? Do you have any issues with it?

Cosatto skirted around that subject for a LONG time then finally admitted fault and recalled a batch number. When more started collapsing, again they made no acknowledgement for a long time before finally accepting they were at fault and recalling that batch too.

So safe? Who knows? I wouldn't trust one.

I have a cosatto stroller sitting unused in the cupboard. It's a mess. Horrible. Cosatto care more about aesthetics than function.
