could i be about to go into labour soon

im just wondering if anyone knows if labour could be just round the corner for me or if it just sounds like more false alarms.

i have had diarrhea (sorry tmi) since yesterday and today i havnt felt baby moving much, its not bothering me that i havnt felt much movement today as i remember with my first she went really quiet the day before i had her, i have also been having really bad backache all day that doesnt ease (same thing also happened the day before i had my daughter).

im just wondering if it sounds like the same thing is happening with this one thanks

tried the walks but nothing has happened yet will have to try the sex see if that works hehe x
