Could I be fertile?

Hi ladies, I've used contraceptives from December 2010 and stopped on the 15th of June. Then I had my normal monthly periods on the 20th of June (although I was expecting them a week later than that). I've had sex a few times and I feel so obsessed to conceive. I want my baby to be born in March or April next year coz March is my birthday month and April is my hubby's. How can we make sure I conceive as soon as possible, as in - before the end of July? I know it's all in the power and grace of God but I wish to conceive as soon as possible. Please send me some advice. I'm just so obsessed and I cant stop imagining myself pregnant Is it true that ovulation happens between 12-16 days after the first day of one's period? Would love to try that too

It all depends on the individual.... and since you don't really know what your cycle is like because you have been on BC.... you should google the SMEP method. (sperm meets egg plan)... some ladies have said that this has worked for them... using OPK's to pinpoint when you should ov wouldn't hurt either.
