Could I be further along?

Hii ladies I did post this in the first trimester forum but I want you ladies opinions as well since your further along. I had my 12 week scan last week and my lil.peanut measured at 10.9cm and the sonographer said its a really big baby lol. Do you ladies think I could be further along?? And what was ure babies measurements at 12 week scan? This is my second pregnancy.

If the baby measured more than a week bigger the dr will probably be adjusting your due date at your next appt. Its normal for a baby to be within or right around a week big or small at any given time. Xx

On my scan photo mine says 15cm at exactly 12 weeks!

I'm a sonographer 10.9cm sounds to me to be roughly 15 weeks or more. They may need to change your dates if you didn't have a dating scan.

At the 12 week scan the size should be between 4.5-8.4cm. This corresponds to a gestational age range of 11w6d to 13w6d (on average)

Mine was 5.8cm at 12+2. How sure are you of your dates?

Lol I'm sure. I always mark when aunt flo comes so I can keep track. I think it's either a really big baby or I'm further along.
