Am on cycle #2 of clomid. Cycle #1 I ovulated from my right side on CD12 following spectacular ov pains so when I got the odd twinge from my left side this cycle that seemed logical! But my left side is the dodgy side - it is twice the size of my right ovary and riddled with cysts.

So it's CD15 and I would have expected to at least be approaching ov by now but opk's are lily white, cbfm is still low, ov twinges have been an absolute minimum.

Tonight I have been getting sharp ov pains on my RIGHT side. Could my left one have given up and handed the baton to my right? Or is it just a clomid side effect and just a random twinge.

sorry I have no idea chikkie - I never feel ovulation so I have no idea which team has the ball ....... just thought I'd say hello :D

Hi dragonsmummy

The fertility clinic is doing follicle tracking with me (I'm on first round of clomid). The technician told me that I have three follicles; two on the right and one on the left. So it is possible that you're ovulating from both sides. :happydance:

You can ovulate from either side and this can change on a monthly basis. I can feel ovulation and it swaps from side to side (confirmed during IVF)
