as above. :flower:
i'm just wondering if im wasting money on a cotbed sized duvet and pillow.
when i could just buy a single straight away!

It'd be way too big  I woiuldnt risk it, could go over his head with it being so big and it'd be really thick in area's as it would be doubled over iykwim? x

OH seems to think we can tuck the excess underneath the mattress so it stays in place too.
i'm not too sure though!

you may be able to tuck it down to a certain extent but it may make the matress uneven then, i'd personlly just get the cotbed one and then u know it fits properly x

I wouldnt, would be way to big. Id worry about them getting tangled up in it.

I agree with the others, I think it'd be way too big. Yes you could tuck it in but then lo could get trapped underneath it as it would be tucked in quite snug for him to wriggle free, iykwim? x

The toddler one we got was huuuge enough! I def wouldn't use a normal single.

We just bought a toddler cot bed duvet for £15 from dunhelm? The cot bed we have, they will stay in til they're about 5, so I don't really see it as a waste?

Umm... so we went straight to a single. This was at nearly 2 though. I just folded it over itself at the bottom. If LO had been younger I'm not sure what I'd have done. To start with at 21 months when he went into a toddler bed I just used layered blankets but when it got colder I used the single (I bought it by mistake :dohh:)

Asda do cotbed duvets for £6.60 at the minute, we've had no problems with ours and most duvet covers fit it  I personally wouldn't use a single one on a cotbed it would be massive!

We got the Ikea one for £7 or £8 I think.

My friend got a single duvet and cover and cut them down a bit to fit the toddler bed.
