could it be ovulation at last ?

hi all i had a mirena in for 8 years and had it removed 14 months ago after various blood tests my doc said i was having anulvatory cycles my last was 58days i asked on here about vitex and gave it a go but it made me bleed constantly so i had to stop it last week going to try soy next cycle but the last 2 nights i have woken drenched in sweat and had lower right side cramping but today i have jelly like cm [tmi] could i possibly be ovulating for the 1st time in 9 years sorry if it seems a stupid question but it has been that long and ive never paid any attention to things like that xx

Do you have any OPKs? It sounds like your body could be gearing up for the LH surge, but it could also be an estrogen shift.

hi no i dont has ive not ovulated in so long it was not viable for me to buy them also today i have been spotting slightly i read sumwhere this can happen i was wondering could the vitex have given my body a push even thought i did not take them for long xx

IDK anything about vitex bc I have never used it...
