could this be a sign of something?

my son now 19months has no signs of development delay in fact quite advanced, but recently I guess last month or so he hates having food on his hands and wants to clean loads.

Plus he has a weird thing where he will touch his teddies or toys with his index finger then touch his head constantly esp when he is tired.

Don't know if I am worrying too much
