Could this be af ?

Hi it's now 22 days since I had medical management for mmc, for last 4/5 days bleedings been brown very light spotting but still testing positive on pregnancy test, but today Its heavy red again tested this morning with a 15 miu and the lines very very faint could be mistaken for evap could this be af my cycles r usually 28/30 days?

I'm not 100% sure.. but I *think* you need to be free from bleeding for 20 days before it's AF and not from the mc... so if you've been bleeding throughout~ it may NOT be AF... it's really hard to say. I think with you still testing +on a HPT means it's probably from the mc honestly.

I had constant bleeding/spotting after my medical management for mmc for nearly 8 weeks and got my first AF in between all this. I think it all depends on your hormone level, I had a negative pregnancy test quite soon after but had retained products which caused the spotting.
