Could this be implantation spotting

Just wondering if any ladies would care to offer their opinion on some spotting which I had a couple of days ago.

On cycle day 22 I had some brown discharge, about half a teaspoon followed by some light spotting only when wiping. The following day I had some really light pink discharge that was only noticeable when wiping. Today is cycle day 25 and there has been nothing since.....

My cycles are usually 28 days but are occasionally 26 to 31 days. I NEVER EVER spot so this is unusual.

Now here comes the rather weird part..... my partner and I only had sex on day 4 & 9. Not during my fertile window at all. I know there is always a change of getting pregnant if you have sex but I still wouldn't expect to. I am not young either, almost 39.

I really haven't had any other symptoms. My breasts usually hurt when I'm pre-menstrual anyway but there is nothing exciting happening there at the moment.

I was trying to forget about TTC this month as it was doing my head in, now my body has given me a whole new symptom to obsess over! Grrr.

So what do you girls think?
