Could this be implantation?

This morning I had bad cramps in the shower and I felt nauseous but by the time I got to my room they were gone. Then maybe 3 hours ago I had some pink blood when I wiped so I put a pad on. But there hasn't been any blood since. I've had some very light cramps for the past hour which is very unusual for my period. Could this be implantation?
