Could use a few more eyes

So here's my story...
Got my IUD taken out on June 10th and haven't had a period since. Was diagnosed with PCOS and told I will not conceive without medication. We are NTNP until Dec when my doc will reassess and I'm not tracking anything, so I have no idea where I am in my cycle.
Decided to just test on a whim yesterday and it was a BFN at about 3-4 mins so I walked away. Having some painful cramping since then and thought for sure AF was coming. So far not even spotting. This morning, there was a glimmer of a line on yesterday's test. I know it's not to be trusted, so I tested again. Not FMU (I work overnights), but after about a 5hr hold and a bit diluted from drinking a small Gatorade and a bottle of water. This came up in about 5 mins. Am I crazy? Does anyone else see this? It has color in real life. Still cramping, but no AF in sight.

I *think* I see something very faint on that first one.
FX it gets darker!

I see the line but not sure if it has color. That is what my lines looked like at 6DPO though with DS#2 so its possible.
