countdown for DPO

Hi everyone,

This is my first time posting anything, anywhere. I do not understand when to start counting dpo. I'm thinking the count is started 1 or 2 days after the middle pain. Am I correct.....or way off?

Ovulation typically occurs 14 days before your next period so depending on your cycle, you would start counting after you ovulate based on that. They have counters online that you can put your info in and it'll count for you.
